Traveling in Indiana
A state located in the mid-west, Indiana is most known for its cities and the home of the Indy 500. I have so far just visited the capital and some natural areas in the south. Indiana was one of those places where I didn’t know what to expect, and ended up leaving impressed with so much left to see!

Indianapolis was once a stronghold for car manufacturing and engineering, but now its all about racing. The Indy 500 is the biggest single day sporting event in the world, bringing in over a quarter of a million people. Indianapolis is also the second largest capital city in America, and is home to more monuments and memorials second only to Washington DC.
Clifty Falls

Located along the southern region of the state, Clifty Falls is a beautiful state park known for its rocky terrain, cliffs and rivers. Within Clifty Falls you’ll find four waterfalls that are at least 60 feet (about 20 meters) in height, and dozens of smaller falls. The parks beautiful scenery can be explored along the ten hiking trails. Most of these are easy, but one was rated so dangerous that it was blocked by the state!
